On lead times: they depend on the brand, model and distributor — no vague promises. Common brands (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, Toshiba) with an OEM part in stock at a PT distributor: usually 2-10 working days. A less common brand, an older model or a highly specific part (heat pump scroll compressor, titanium exchanger) can take 2-6 weeks — or be impossible to source, in which case we recommend replacing the unit. We confirm the lead time in writing after contacting the distributor, before you decide to go ahead. Indicative 2026 Portugal market prices. Each case gets a written quote by email within 24h of the on-site diagnosis; the second-visit call-out is always included at no extra charge. New parts carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
