Send us the villa address and a contact on the ground (the current guest, your cleaner or your manager) and we'll arrange access today. Diagnosis is €130, a common on-site repair €230 (+ VAT), the same price in summer as in winter. You'll get photos of the fault and the fix, plus the price in writing, before we do anything — and you can pay by transfer. We issue a proper fatura with your NIF for your rental accounts.
