We treat a stopped kitchen as a priority and aim for same-day or next-morning, because every hour with a dead combi oven or dishwasher is lost covers. We carry common parts so most faults are fixed on the same visit; a complex board or boiler fault may need a second visit to wait for a specific part.

We are not tied to a single manufacturer, so one number covers your whole kitchen instead of you juggling three or four different service agents.
Almost no one in this sector publishes prices, so we give you clear references. A call-out with on-site diagnosis is €90–150 + VAT and the engineer's labour is about €55–60/h + VAT. Parts are quoted separately, always before we fit anything, and we confirm the full quote in writing before any work starts — the same price for everyone, no foreigner price.
It depends on the appliance and the fault. A new combi oven (forno combinado) costs roughly €9,000–19,000 as a new-equipment reference, so a €300–600 repair almost always makes sense. On an entry-level professional dishwasher (around €825 new), once the repair, the part and the call-out approach €200–300 it is worth weighing up replacement. We tell you honestly what makes most sense — with no push to buy new.
Yes. A planned-maintenance contract covers all your kitchen equipment with one provider: a written response time, two to four preventive visits a year per appliance, priority when something breaks, and a dated report after each visit that you can keep for your records. It is tailored to the number and type of appliances you run, with a fatura and your NIF.
Yes. Planned maintenance keeps your kitchen reliable and your paperwork ready for an ASAE inspection — equipment in good order, cold storage and cooking holding the right temperatures, and a dated written report for each visit you can show as proof of maintenance. We support your readiness; the inspection itself is carried out by ASAE.
Catering gas installations (tipo VII) are subject to a periodic inspection carried out by an inspection body authorised by DGEG. We repair and maintain your gas cooking equipment — ranges, ovens and the rest — and keep it working safely, and we work around that periodic inspection when it is due. We are not the certified gas inspector ourselves; we coordinate with the authorised inspection body.

Yes. Every job comes with an official fatura showing your NIF, so the repair, maintenance or installation goes straight into your business accounts. All prices on this page are quoted + VAT.
In most cases, no. Kitchen prep counters, undercounter fridges and blast chillers are typically hermetic plug-in units with a small gas charge — usually exempt from the periodic leak checks, which apply to larger-charge equipment. We assess your equipment and tell you clearly what the rules require in your case.
