The SLA is the maximum response time we guarantee in writing in the contract, with an Urgent and a Standard level. For critical operations — cold rooms, server rooms — it can include 24/7 cover. It is the difference between having someone who answers when something fails and searching for a tradesperson while a guest is in.
We publish per-system reference bands: air conditioning from €85–160 per unit/year, VRF from €140 per visit, cold room €180–600 per room/year (typical). Extraction, commercial refrigeration and heat pumps are quoted case by case. The more systems on one contract at the same address, the lower the cost per unit — typically −10% for 2–3 systems and −15% for 4 or more. The final figure is confirmed in writing after a survey. All figures + VAT.

Yes. On a portfolio or network, each property or site can be invoiced separately — a fatura per property, which is what property managers need so each owner gets their own bill — while you still deal with one contact and one contract.
Yes. Every contract is invoiced with a proper fatura carrying your NIF, so it goes straight into your accounts. Prices are quoted + VAT.
