We do a full service with a report that keeps your manufacturer warranty registered: high/low pressure readings, gas charge, photos of the indoor and outdoor labels, air-output temperature in both cooling and heating, and the state of the filters and coil. Saturday mornings 9–12 are available. A one-off service is €85 per unit (2 units = €170 + VAT), including a signed PDF report by an F-Gas Cat. I technician, and a fatura with your NIF. Within a few km of the sea (Foz do Arelho, São Martinho, Nazaré, Peniche) salt air is harder on the outdoor unit, so an annual service and a check of the casing matter more. We clean and protect it and flag any corrosion early, before it shortens the unit’s life.
