We do a full service with a report that keeps your manufacturer warranty registered: high/low pressure readings, gas charge, photos of the indoor and outdoor labels, air-output temperature in both cooling and heating, and the state of the filters and coil. Saturday mornings 9–12 are available. A one-off service is €85 per unit (2 units = €170 + VAT), including a signed PDF report by an F-Gas Cat. I technician, and a fatura with your NIF. A one-off service is €85 per unit + VAT, a fixed price you know before we start: a deep-clean of the filters and coil (that clears the built-up musty smell), a gas check, a test in cooling and heating, and a report on paper plus by email. A morning in spring suits best. We take card, MB Way or bank transfer, and everything is explained in English. If you’d like it done every year without remembering, the Annual Pro is €149/year.
